Signature Site Studio

Sites for people whose name is the business.

Artists, musicians, agencies, bands. Every one hand-built — no templates, no page builders, no monthly platform fee. They load fast, they work on a phone, and they look like the person they belong to.

Joe Magnetico & Associates

New York · Myrtle Beach — full rebuild

A four-decade booking agency running on an ageing WordPress site. Rebuilt from scratch in black and gold: a proper roster, an archive, and a booking enquiry route that doesn't make anyone hunt for it.

The brief was credibility. When an agency has been placing acts since the eighties, the site has to carry that without shouting about it.

Janina Pazdan website — fine art homepage with editorial layout
Fine art

Janina Pazdan

Orange County, California — gallery & print shop

Four decades of charcoal and oil, with nowhere online to see it properly. A quiet editorial layout that puts the work first, a selected-work gallery, and a route through to print sales and enquiries about originals.

Restraint was the whole design decision. When the art is the product, the site's job is to get out of its way.

Victoria Grace website — dark homepage with pink art direction
Singer

Victoria Grace

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Built around a single strong art direction — black, hot pink, high-contrast portraiture — so a young singer's site looks like a record sleeve rather than a booking form.

Listening and booking are the only two jobs. Everything else on the page is there to make those two feel inevitable.

Shore Thing

Myrtle Beach & the Grand Strand — yacht rock & variety

A working band's site has one measure of success: does the venue or the private client get to an enquiry quickly. Shows up front, photos and video next, booking never more than a tap away.

Built warm and bright — sunset oranges against navy — because the booker is imagining a party, not reading a brochure.

Julia Skiba

Artist site — cinematic, dark, elevated

A performer's site built to sit at the level of the work: cinematic imagery, restrained typography, music and events reachable in a single scroll, and an enquiry route for bookings.

Julia's own site — built by her, for her. Included here because it's the clearest example of the standard, not as client work.

How these are built

Hand-built, not assembled from a template.

They're fast

Plain HTML and CSS, no page builder and no plugin stack. Nothing to slow down, nothing to update every month, nothing to break when a plugin author gives up.

They're yours

You own the files and the domain. No monthly platform fee, no ransom if you ever want to move. Hosting for a site like these usually costs nothing at all.

They fit the person

Every one of these was art-directed around a specific individual. That's the point — if your name is the business, the site can't look like everyone else's.

How it works. We talk about who the site is for and what one action matters most. I build a first version and you see it live, not as a mockup. Then we adjust it together until it feels like you.

Most sites are done in two to three weeks. You need to supply photos and the facts; I do everything else — copy, layout, art direction, build and launch.

Investment

What a site like these costs.

Single-page sites from

$1,500

Multi-page sites with galleries, shops or booking systems are quoted on the brief — most land between $2,500 and $5,000.

That's a one-time build, not a subscription. If you'd like me to keep it updated afterwards, that's a small monthly on top — and it's optional.

Photography, licensed fonts and any paid stock are billed at cost or supplied by you.

Book a call

Let's build the one that looks like you.

Twenty minutes. Tell me who it's for and what you want them to do when they land — I'll tell you what it would take and roughly what it would cost, on the call.
